999win Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

By accessing, browsing or registering an account on the 999win platform ("the Platform"), you agree unconditionally to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and 999win ("the Company"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform.

These Terms apply to all activities on the 999win Platform including but not limited to account registration, deposits, gameplay, bonus participation, withdrawals and use of customer support. Continued use of 999win after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and play on 999win, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, partnership or any other legal entity.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under local law as it applies to you personally.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer or agent of 999win or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform.

999win reserves the right to request documentation verifying your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Each player is permitted to hold a single 999win account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name, or any other identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. All duplicate accounts will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid phone number and email address. All information you provide must relate to your own identity. 999win may verify this information against third-party databases or request supporting documents at any time.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 999win will never ask for your password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately. 999win is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to take reasonable security precautions.

3.3 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, 999win may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation including a CNIC copy, proof of payment method ownership and proof of residential address. KYC is a one-time process and protects you against fraud and identity theft. Accounts that cannot complete KYC will have withdrawal access suspended until verification is completed satisfactorily.

All 999win financial transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform does not accept foreign currency or cryptocurrency payments of any kind.

4.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.

999win does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 999win's control.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible, in keeping with anti-money laundering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. 999win does not charge withdrawal fees. Standard processing times are under 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. VIP Diamond members receive priority processing under 5 minutes.

999win reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or any technical issue affecting payment processing.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. 999win reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of Rs 500 per month to dormant accounts after written notification to the registered email address. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in.

999win offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Pakistani players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, as well as the general bonus conditions below.

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw while a wagering requirement is active will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.

999win reserves the right to withhold or reverse a bonus if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets on all outcomes of a single event to guarantee a return regardless of result, using bonus funds primarily on low-contribution or excluded game types, or systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics.

Each game available on 999win operates according to its own published rules, which form part of these Terms by reference. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before participating.

All RNG-based games at 999win use independently certified Random Number Generators. Certification reports are available on request. Live dealer games use physical equipment dealt in front of active cameras by licensed professional dealers. The outcome of every game is determined solely by the game's mechanics and is not influenced by 999win for any commercial purpose.

6.1 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction — including server interruptions, game client crashes or connectivity failures — 999win reserves the right to void any affected bets or rounds. If a game outcome cannot be determined with certainty due to a technical fault, the bet will be refunded to the Player's wallet in full. Claims arising from malfunction must be raised within 48 hours of the incident.

6.2 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 999win system, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player unless the specific game rules permit cancellation within a defined window. 999win reserves the right to cancel bets where an obvious pricing or odds error has occurred, and to offer the Player a refund of the stake in such cases.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 999win Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Opening or operating more than one account, or assisting another person to do so.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated system to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games including poker or Teen Patti to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or system vulnerabilities to obtain winnings. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud or financial crime purpose.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing other players or 999win staff through any communication channel.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit after it has been credited to your 999win wallet.

999win cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in connection with any investigation of fraud, money laundering or other criminal conduct involving the Platform or its players.

All content on the 999win Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, interface design and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 999win or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, translate or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission from 999win. Unauthorised use of 999win's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

999win collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

999win will never sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law or these Terms. Your data is stored on secure encrypted servers and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999win's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — is limited to the net amount deposited by the Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

999win is not liable for: indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses; loss of profit or opportunity; or losses arising from events outside 999win's reasonable control including force majeure events, internet outages, payment network failures or actions of third-party service providers.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While 999win makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous availability, no guarantee of uninterrupted service is provided. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary Platform downtime. Players are not entitled to compensation for losses of opportunity during maintenance periods.

Players may close their 999win account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.

999win reserves the right to close any account without notice and without stating a reason, including in circumstances where it determines that these Terms have been breached, where fraud or prohibited conduct is suspected, or where continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or reputational risk. In cases of confirmed Terms breach, 999win reserves the right to withhold any or all of the account balance as compensation for losses caused to the Platform.

Available tools include daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits; session time limits and automatic logouts; reality check notifications; self-exclusion for periods from 24 hours to permanent; and cool-off periods. Activating self-exclusion is an irreversible action for the duration specified — 999win will not reinstate an excluded account early under any circumstances.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction in which 999win holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform, 999win and the Player agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Each party shall bear their own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

You agree that any claim against 999win must be brought individually and not as part of any class or collective action. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
